PRICES & INCLUSIONS
$1 per/km return travel fee applicable for bookings outside of Pokolbin, NSW.
Flat fee of $150 to Sydney.
Minimum spend of $800 for Sydney bookings.

We offer a range of experiences for both stand-up and sit-down events.
Yes we can! We host corporate wine tasting anywhere in NSW, including Sydney. We will require access to a loading dock to unpack and pack equipment for the event.
*There is a flat travel fee of $150 to Sydney as well as a minimum spend of $800.
Yes you can! Our standard selection includes seven high-quality local wines and you can add on any number of bottles at $50 per bottle. We do ask that you please let us know prior to the experience so we can prepare the wine for the event.
Absolutely! You can add on a grazing station to your corporate wine tasting experience from $25pp.
For non-drinkers we offer a tasting of five non-alcoholic shrub mocktails. Shrubs are fermented apple vinegar concentrate infused with herbs and fruits made to be topped with sparkling water and garnished to create a complex and sophisticated alcohol free option.
Unfortunately, we don't offer beer or spirit tasting. Stay n' Sip cannot serve alcohol outside of the wine tasting experience under our liquor license.
We are partnered with local chefs and catering businesses in the Hunter Valley. We can organise and connect you with our partners to bring both catering and wine to your corporate event.
Yes, your Stay n' Sip host can facilitate purchase of the wines you have tasted and have the order shipped the following day to your accommodation, home or office.

For a sit-down experience, you only need to have table space and a seat for each guest. We will bring everything else required for your tasting experience.
For a stand-up experience, your booked location must have sufficient table space for our pop-up stand. Stay n’ Sip provides everything else required for a fantastic wine tasting experience.
Our hosts will always arrive well in advance of your booking. We allow time for unpacking all our items, setting the table and ensuring all details are seen to before your tasting begins. This can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the size of your group and the experience selected.
We will always provide an arrival time via email one week prior to your booking.
