When you book with us, you're not getting a faceless corporate experience. You're getting us — Mercedes, Pierre, or one of our small team of passionate wine professionals — showing up at your door, ready to pour, share and celebrate with you.
HOW IT STARTED
In 2020, a French boy and an Australian girl met while studying wine together in Australia's oldest wine region, the Hunter Valley.
Pierre had left the buzz of Paris behind and couldn't quite believe that in one of the world's most beautiful wine regions, the cellar doors closed at five o'clock. Mercedes had grown up here, spent years hosting guests at cellar doors, and had a gift for making people feel instantly at ease — whether they knew everything about wine or absolutely nothing.
Together, they saw the same thing: visitors to the Hunter Valley deserved more. More time. More access. More joy. So they poured everything they had — their wine knowledge, their energy, their love of people — into a new idea. They would bring the Hunter Valley to you.
Stay n' Sip was born.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
We are proud ambassadors of the Hunter Valley and great Australian wine, but we wear that badge lightly. Our tastings are designed to be fun, relaxed and genuinely educational — a deliberate break from the sometimes stuffy, intimidating world of wine that puts people off before they've even taken a sip.

We curate rare, back-vintage and museum releases from boutique Hunter Valley producers — wines you won't easily find elsewhere — and we tailor every experience to the people in the room. That means non-alcoholic options, families with children, guests with mobility needs, and corporate groups looking for something genuinely memorable after a long day.
