Introduction
- Welcome to Stay n' Sip! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, bookings, products, and services. By accessing the website or making any purchases or bookings, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
- Stay n' Sip reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
1. Monthly Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1.1. Eligibility:
- This giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
- Employees of Stay n' Sip and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
1.2. Entry Requirements:
- No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.
- Participants must subscribe to the Stay n' Sip newsletter and remain subscribed during the giveaway period to qualify for entry.
- Additional entries can be earned by engaging with Stay n' Sip on social media as specified in the giveaway announcement.
1.3. Giveaway Period:
- The giveaway begins on the 1st of each month and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM GMT +10.
- One winner will be selected on the 1st of the following month.
1.4. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be notified via email or social media within 5 business days of the giveaway closing.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.
1.5. Prize:
- The prize is a free fun wine tasting experience for 8 guests, hosted by Stay n' Sip, valued at 560$.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
1.6. Prize Delivery:
- The winner will receive a voucher for the wine tasting experience, which can be redeemed by contacting Stay n' Sip to schedule the event.
- The experience must be scheduled within 12 months of receiving the prize.
1.7. Publicity:
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness in promotional materials related to Stay n' Sip’s giveaway, without additional compensation.
1.8. General Conditions:
- Stay n' Sip reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
- Any attempt to tamper with the entry process will result in disqualification.
1.9. Liability:
- Stay n' Sip is not responsible for any technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or other issues that may affect the giveaway's outcome.
2. Privacy:
- Personal data provided in connection with the giveaway will be used in accordance with Stay n' Sip’s privacy policy.
2. Services
2.1. Mobile Wine Tasting
- Stay n' Sip offers premium mobile wine tasting services that bring the experience directly to our clients, whether at home or at an event venue.
- Booking a Tasting: All bookings are subject to availability. A minimum of 6 guests may be required for certain tasting packages.
- Minimum Age Requirement: All participants must be 18 years or older to drink alcohol
- Pricing and Payments: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is due 10 before the event.
2.2. Paint n' Wine Experience
- Our Paint n' Wine sessions combine art and wine for a unique, immersive experience. The same terms apply as above for booking, age restrictions, and payments.
3. Social Club Membership
3.1. Membership Benefits
- By joining the First50 Social Club, members receive exclusive perks, including a $500 gift card that can be redeemed towards any Stay n' Sip mobile wine tasting experience.
- The gift card is issued upon membership activation and is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
3.2. Gift Card Usage
- The gift card can be applied towards any Stay n' Sip experience or service, excluding physical products unless otherwise specified.
- Non-transferable: The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Expiration: The gift card must be used within 12 months from the date of issuance. Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.
3.3. Social Club Fees
- A membership fee of $100 is charged annually. This fee is non-refundable once the membership is activated.
- Membership benefits, including the gift card and exclusive event invitations, are available only to active members.
3.4. Cancellation of Membership
- Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting Stay n' Sip. However, the membership fee and any unused portions of the gift card are non-refundable upon cancellation.
3.5. Membership Renewal
- Social Club memberships are renewed annually. Members will be notified prior to the renewal date and may opt-out of renewal at any time.
4. Booking & Cancellation Policy
4.1. Deposit and Payment
- A deposit of 25%is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 10 days prior to the event.
- If payment is not received by the due date, Stay n' Sip reserves the right to cancel your booking without refunding the deposit.
4.2. Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your booking without penalty if you notify us at least 15 days before the scheduled date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
4.3. Cancellation by the Client
At Stay n' Sip, we want to make sure our customers are satisfied with their booking. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 7 days before the event: Full refund
- Between 7 days and 48 hours before the event: 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours before the event: Non-refundable
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
4.4. Cancellation by Stay n' Sip
- Stay n' Sip reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, venue availability, or other emergencies. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
5. Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less a flat $10 return shipping fee within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

6. Event Policy
6.1. Arrival & Set-Up
- Our team will arrive at the location 1 hour before the event to set up. You must ensure that the venue is prepared for the tasting.
6.2. Guest Behavior
- Stay n' Sip reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest from an event if they are disruptive or pose a safety risk. In some instances, we may offer a credit for a future experience to ensure that you can fully enjoy what Stay n' Sip has to offer. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us before your event so we can assist you.
6.3. Weather Conditions
- For outdoor events, inclement weather may require the event to be rescheduled or relocated. Clients will be notified as early as possible to make alternative arrangements.
7. Liability
- Stay n' Sip will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from any Stay n' Sip event or use of our services.
- All participants acknowledge and accept that wine tasting involves the consumption of alcohol and agree to drink responsibly.
8. Website Usage
8.1. Content and Intellectual Property
- All content on the Stay n' Sip website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Stay n' Sip. You may not use, copy, or distribute this content without our written permission.
8.2. User Accounts
- Users may be required to create an account to book an experience or purchase products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
8.3. Prohibited Activities
- You may not use the website to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, transmit harmful content, or interfere with the operation of our services.
8. Privacy Policy
All personal information provided to Stay n' Sip during bookings or purchases is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and only using it for the intended purpose.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the courts of New South Wales.
