You will have the opportunity to taste a range of premium wines, offered by our professional wine hosts who are passionate about sharing their wine knowledge. Each wine you sip will be rare, back vintage or museum and have been specially sourced for you from boutique producers and private cellars.

The wines are selected not only for their exceptional quality but also to punctuate the story of the Hunter Valley's rich history and our hero grape varieties.
