How much does a private chef cost in the Hunter Valley?

  • Private chef pricing varies depending on the style of dining, number of guests and menu complexity.
  • Our partners offer options starts from $100pp. Ranging from casual shared style dining through to multi-course degustation menus.
  • Contact us with your group size, preferred dining style and budget and we will match you with the right chef.

Areas we service across the Hunter Valley

  • Our private chef and catering partners operate throughout the Hunter Valley wine region, Sydney and surrounding areas.
  • We regularly service Pokolbin, Lovedale, Rothbury, Cessnock, Broke, Branxton, Mount View, Wollombi, Kurri
    Kurri and the wider Cessnock area.
  • We also connect guests staying in Maitland, Morpeth,
    Newcastle and the Port Stephens area with chefs who service those locations.

Can I see a sample menu before I book?

Yes.

  • Once we match you with a chef, they will work directly with you to design a custom menu based on your preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Most chefs will provide a sample menu or options for you to review and adjust before confirming your booking.

Dietary requirements and inclusivity

  • Every chef in our network accommodates dietary requirements as standard.
  • Whether your group includes guests who are gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, halal, kosher or managing specific allergies, let us know when you enquire and we will match you with a caterer experienced in those needs.
  • There is never an additional charge for dietary accommodations.
  • For groups that include non drinkers or mindful drinkers, our Stay n' Sip wine tastings also offer a sophisticated non alcoholic shrub mocktail option so everyone at your event is included.

How many guests can you cater for?

Our partners cater for groups of 6 to 50 guests.

  • Whether you are planning an intimate dinner for six or a larger celebration, we will match you with a caterer suited to your group size and budget.

What types of dining experiences are available?
